In February 2013, Nevada became the second state to come on board, authorizing the issue of online poker licenses. It approved both online poker and online casino games. There are currently 5 states that offer legal online poker for real money in the United States – New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Delaware.
